What's on the "To Do" list for today? A lot!

Good day to you!

As an Independent Avon Sales Representative, I get to set my own hours and work from my own home. Today is Monday, and I usually spend Mondays working on restoring the house to order after the weekend activities of my family and getting the laundry done, along with some computer work for my business and grading World Bible School lessons that might have come through online. It's almost noon now, and I'm making good progress on those tasks as well as getting some Care Bears painted and ready to be sewn so that I meet my personal goal of having 25 of those ready to be given to children at the emergency rooms of nearby hospitals by the end of the month.

Here is my home "office" from where I type these blog posts and take care of pretty much all the computer and phone work for my Avon business.

The whole family uses this work station, but I use it the most, and this nice computer desk was well worth the investment I made in it about 14 years ago.

Ordinarily, I would not be sorting Avon products today, as my Avon orders are generally delivered by UPS on Fridays. However, due to the Memorial Day Holiday last week, UPS deliveries were delayed by a day, which made my order come in today. It is sitting in my living room right now awaiting my completion of that task. I have my two portable tables set up in the living room to use for sorting the order and labeling brochures. I sure am thankful to have those two tables, and they much used - for sorting and labeling, for display of products and materials at events that I do, and for general work on various projects. That is an investment that was also well worth the money! Here is my set up for today.

If you look closely at the picture you will see there are quite a lot of Anew Ultimate Multi-Performance products that came in my shipment today. That's because I took advantage of one of Avon's stock up opportunities due to the fact that I have several loyal Anew Ultimate customers who will love these newly upgraded products. Which brings me to what is on my schedule for tomorrow morning or Wednesday morning...

I'd start on the training today, but getting this order ready to start delivery to my customers comes first. I wouldn't be anywhere in this business without them, so they are another blessing to be thankful for and they must be treated well and not kept waiting.

Well, the dryer has stopped so I must get back to the laundry and then to work on this order, so I'll leave you with one last picture from my life. I'm always trying to get good cloud pictures, and this is one of the best I've gotten! This was taken in Diana, Tennessee, a beautiful place I visit once or twice a year to sing praises to God with some beautiful people. The Diana Singing is coming up in just a few days, so I'll be there again soon, if the Lord wills.
