Best Buys of the Campaign 8 Avon Brochure!

Greetings!

Do you prefer to do your Avon shopping online and have it shipped directly to your home? You can do so and get free shipping on your $40 or more order. Here are some of the best buys I spotted in the C8 brochure:

  • Pg. 51, The Haiku fragrances are each $12.99. There is a scent spot for Haiku original.
  • Pg. 52/53, The Rare fragrances are also $12.99 each.
  • Pg. 68, Mesmerize and Mesmerize Black are $12.99 each.
  • Pg. 71, Black Suede is only $8.99!
  • Pg. 81, Glimmersticks are any 3 for $9. I'm really surprised to see these staying at a low price for as long as they have, even though you must order 3 to take advantage of the deal.
  • Pg. 87, Concealers are $6.99 each.
  • Pg. 96, Gel Finish 7-in-1 Nail Enamel is $5.99 - the Lowest Price This Year.
  • Pg. 105, Two Avon Best of Beauty products are on sale - Clearly C for $21.99 and Power Serum for $22.99.
  • Pg. 112, Full Size Regimen Sets of Anew Ultimate and Anew Platinum are only $55 each, AND you get a FREE matching cleanser with each kit! WOW!! Just in case you haven't done the math, a purchase of one of these kits works out to paying $18.33 per product with two bonus products - the try-it size of Anew Power Serum and the Cleanser.
  • Pgs. 120/121, Anew Clean cleansing products are $6.99 each. The Facial Cleansing Wipes would be great for traveling.
  • Pg. 123, Avon Solutions products - Banishing Cream, Dramatic Firming Cream, and Nurtura Replenishing Cream- are $3.99 each.
  • Pg. 151, Full-Size Hand Creams are $1.99 each in Moisture Therapy, Silicone Glove, and Skin So Soft.
  • Pg. 155, Moisture Therapy Intensive Healing and Repair Extra Strength Cream is only $2.99. This is another of Avon's Best of Beauty Products.
  • Back Cover, Don't forget to add The A Box for $10 if your order totals $40 or more. The value is $42 and includes mascara, eye liner, nail enamel, lip gloss, and fragrance.
Don't forget to check the Avon Outlet for C8 to pick up some bargains while they last!

Campaign 7 Cloud Climbers Team Newsletter

(This is the newsletter that keeps my team informed of how we are doing as a team and gives recognition where it has been earned. If you would like to become a Cloud Climber, here is the place to begin.)

Greetings, Cloud Climbers!

As those of you in our Facebook group already know, we did reach our goal of $8,000 in team sales for C7, thanks to the help of 49 of you who placed orders! In fact, there was plenty of room to spare because we ended the campaign with $9,046 in team sales. Woo hoo! I thank you so much, not just the ones who placed orders in C7 but those who did not have orders then but will have them for C8 and/or C9. The 49 who had orders for C7 will be the base for entries into the drawing for the $100 WHEN (not IF) we meet the $8,000 goal for C8 and C9. If any of you 49 do not place orders for C8 and C9, you will be knocked out of the drawing, so let's not let that happen. 😊

Top Ten in Sales for C7

 1. Sandra Moore  HS   $1,292
 2. Leslie Clendenon   $662   (You go, girl!)
 3. Judith Lea   $507  (I'm smiling!)
 4. Julie Thomas   $402   (Good work!)
 5. Rene Parker  PC   $375
 6. Kelsey McGowan   $312
 7. Deanna Buswell   $303
 8. Margaret McCrary   $280
 9. Phyllis Smith   $252 (Tied for 9th)
 9. Magalis Justiniano   $252 (Tied for 9th)

Can I tell you how wonderful it is to see all of these, and even more, with orders over $150? I am thrilled with how well you are doing with your businesses!! For those of you who have been with Avon more than a year, can you tell that your sales are better than last year? I know that mine are up by quite a bit and I believe that is true for many of you as well. I hope and pray this trend continues for us all!

A few of you receiving this newsletter and my other emails are now inactive with Avon but I am keeping you on my email list because you can reopen your account within 26 campaigns just by placing an order. If your account has closed but Avon owes you money from direct delivery sales, you should receive a check from Avon in a few weeks if you do not place an order. I hope that you will decide to give your business another chance, as several Cloud Climbers continue to do, but if you would like for me to go ahead and remove you from my email list, please just let me know as I don't take time to police that list and remove inactive Reps on a regular basis.

Avon Awards:  Congratulations to Stephanie Johnson for earning the Espira Gym Bag and Notebook in the Espira Facebook challenge. I mistakenly credited those awards to Heather Johnson in the last newsletter, because I read the report wrong. Stephanie is a first generation team member for Heather, so I know Heather is proud of Stephanie's awards too! Also, I'm happy to have received 175 points for sales increase in the PRP. I believe I have all the results for the Shake Up Your Sales incentive now, so I will list the twelve who earned awards from top earners down:
  • Sandra Moore - Earbuds, Tote, Apron, Sound Spa, and Car Magnet
  • Deanna Buswell - Earbuds, Tote, Apron, and Car Magnet
  • Leslie Clendenon - Earbuds, Tote, and Apron
  • Gladys Faulk - Earbuds, Tote, and Car Magnet
  • Helen Keeton - Earbuds, Tote, and Car Magnet
  • Stephanie Johnson - Earbuds, Tote, and Car Magnet
  • Rosanna Cassidy - Earbuds and Tote
  • Melanie Hamilton - Earbuds and Tote
  • Alison Hogan - Earbuds and Car Magnet
  • Carolyn King - Earbuds
  • Margaret McCrary - Earbuds
  • Barbara Hambrick - Earbuds
Some of the awards are being shipped soon and others will be coming in June. I believe Avon said that the awards earned exceeded their expectations, which I am sure they are not complaining about at all. 😍

My family is still loving the Espira products. My husband uses the Men's Daily Essentials and he just sold a box of them to a coworker who wants her husband to try them. She also ordered the Women's 40+ Daily Essentials for herself. I use the Women's 40+ Daily Essentials and I have automatic shipment set up for my husband and myself. Both my husband and daughter really like the Restful Sleep, so I've got two bottles of that on my next order. I generally don't have much trouble with sleeping, so I just use that one now and then. I also use the Calm now and then when I feel like I'm having an especially stressful day. Did I tell you that when I offered samples of the Calm, Restful Sleep, and Natural Energy to my customers most of them wanted the Restful Sleep? Perhaps you should call attention to that one to see if your customers are in need of it too. I also enjoy the Plant Power Protein in smoothies made with extra green plant powder and fruit for a meal replacement now and then. Have you used the Espira Products? Have you sold them? Share your experience with me, please!

Have a wonderful week, and drop me a line now and then so I'll know how you are doing. Some of you are so quiet that I have to check my VIBE list to make sure you are still with us. 😊

p.s. Don't forget that if you have any friends/family/acquaintances/customers that might be interested in an Avon business - and you may not know they are unless you ask - you should be sure to let them know about the extra $25 bottle of Espira Hunger Block that is being added to the kits ordered before April 2. I posted that info in a few groups I'm a part of and I have one person planning to order her kit before the deadline.

Cloud Climbers Newsletter for Campaign 6. The Challenge is On!!

(If you would like to become a Cloud Climber and see your name mentioned in a future newsletter, just click here to get your business started today. If you want more details before ordering your kit, use the contact me button to let me know and I'll get my business details email on its way to you.)

Greetings, Lovely people!

I hope your day (or night as the case may be) is going well. I've been working hard on my motivation eCards and emails to accomplish my goal of getting every bit of the bonus money I can earn right now, so some of you may be tired of hearing from me by now. However, it is past time to get this Newsletter done and sent, so you are hearing from me once again. 😊 I promise I will go back to only two emails a campaign in just a few more weeks - sooner if everyone jumps on board and gets those orders turned in without any pushing by me. Now that we are on flexible ordering, I can't tell if people are not going to have an order or if they are waiting until the last minute to place one, so I don't know where I stand. Now, if you want to go ahead and let me know you plan to have an order, like three of you have done for this campaign, that would be great!

Top Ten in Sales for Campaign 6

 1. Sandra Moore  HS   $1,486
 2. Leslie Clendenon   $782   WOW!  Leslie has only been with Avon four campaigns and is doing great!!
 3. Cynthia Blake   $596   Terrific!
 4. Kelsey McGowan   $471   So proud of you!
 5. Kathy McAlpin   $390
 6. Gladys Faulk   $352
 7. Barbara Hambrick   $332
 8. Judith Lea   $303
 9. Sharon Tibbs   $285
10. Hattie Bush   $248

It thrills my heart to see the names on this list and several others whose sales fell just below $250 doing so well. I know if you keep being consistent in ordering each campaign and serving your customers well that your businesses will keep on growing. And, please, anytime that you have something to celebrate, even if it is something that you think might be too minor to mention, go ahead and email me to let me know or post it on the wall of our group Facebook page so we can celebrate your accomplishments too. (If you aren't on that page and want to be, let me know and I'll get you added.)

Top 3 in Sales Year-to-Date

 1. Sandra Moore  HS   $7,651
 2. Rene Parker  PC   $2,021
 3. Leslie Clendenon   $1,960

Avon Awards since the last newsletter: Congratulations to Heather Johnson for earning the Espira Gym Bag and Notebook in the Espira Facebook challenge. Heather, I'm so glad that you entered the contest and I would love to see your posts but I don't think we are Facebook friends. I also earned the Espira Gym Bag and Notebook, and now we both are entered into the drawing for the Spa Getaway. I hope you win, Heather!!  I'm thankful to have earned an additional 25 PRP Points for sales increase. I earned the toiletry case, tote, and the carry on suitcase in the Cruise Like A Boss Incentive that just ended. I have the first two items, and I was very impressed with their quality, so I expect to be just as pleased with the suitcase when it arrives this week. I will wait until next campaign to post the awards for the Shake Up Your Sales Incentive, because Avon has not posted them on VIBE yet. I have seen some results though, and I know that 12 of us earned at least the earbuds and several earned additional Espira swag.

New to the Cloud Climbers since the last newsletter are: LaShaun Wrightof Anniston, AL, and Stacie Barnes of Decatur, AL. Stacie is a recruit of Deanna Buswell, so we are going to be working with her to assure that she has at least a $150 order for her first or second campaign so that Deanna gets a scratch off ticket! I hear that Stacie has already had one order placed at her online store, so she is off to a good start. Sue Whaley of Huntsville, AL, has begun her business again under her mentor, Rene Parker, so I believe Rene will be entitled to a scratch off ticket as well when Sue has a successful first order. And don't forget, ladies, that if Stacie and Sue make their goals for being successful recruits ($150 paid for order in the first or second campaign), Deanna and Rene will each earn $50 from me if they are still selling Avon when I get the full bonus money. See how confident I am? I said "when" not "if"! Others can still earn it too, if they have recruits who placed orders before the close of C9. (Or C10 if I have to use my grace campaign.)

That will be it for now as bedtime is calling me. Keep on cloud climbing! I understand we could have some real ones to climb tomorrow. Here's something funny I heard from one of the local weather news gals tonight. She said that we could get some baseball sized hail and that it "might" hurt if it hit you in the head. "Might" hurt? A baseball sized chunk of ice falling from the sky? I would say it would hurt without a doubt! I've never seen any that big, so I really don't think we need to worry about it, but if you see some falling toward you, MOVE!! 😉
