I'm just going to jump right into the recognition since there is much that I must do before my surgery on Tuesday. If you don't know about that, you can read the email I sent a couple of days ago.

Two Cloud Climbers are currently tracking for President's Club (which is being revamped and will probably have a name change):  Margo Prytz and Amy Layne, and I think that is as of today. In other Recognition, I have received my Grand Fiesta Towel, the first level award for the Grand Fiesta incentive. I hope more of you will be earning that Towel and other prizes before the incentive ends in Campaign 8. I've challenged myself to earn all awards up to the trip, which I'm fairly certain I will not be going on. 

I am excited to see all of the Direct Delivery orders being reported, since these can mean a lot to all of us in making our President's Club goals this year due to Double Dollars in Award Sales. Wouldn't it be great to have at least 10 people make PC? I'd love that, as it would mean that more than 10% of this team were PC members!! We didn't quite make the goal that I set of 15 with DD orders in C4, but we did increase over last campaign, so let's continue that trend, please. As of this moment we are only reporting 10 people with online store orders in C5, so we need at least two more to beat the number for C4. You do know that you can place an order at your own online store if that fits your needs, right? Right! Sometimes there might be some extenuating circumstances keeping you from paying your Avon balance so that you can submit a regular order, but you can still place a Direct Delivery order. You will have to pay for the order up front and your earnings on the order will be credited toward paying off your balance. You can also encourage your customers to order in that way if you are not able to place orders for them due to an unpaid bill. Don't let your customers go without their products and end up going to other Reps or stores to get what they need because you are not able to place an order!! Right now, if you or one of your customers places a $50 DD order, Avon will give you/them a free Dazzle Drops makeup highlighter. (They gave away so many Love at 1st Lash mascaras that they had to move to another freebie.)

There isn't anyone new to the Cloud Climbers team since the last newsletter, but we did have three people whose accounts had gone inactive re-instate them. Welcome back toCassandra BrownTana Cook, and Mary Waters

This past Friday I started an online only Avon fundraiser for a group I work with, both to help the group and to help me learn how those fundraisers work. It was very easy to get set up and so far we have had one customer order as we push toward a goal of $500 in earnings. I set up a Facebook event to support the fundraiser so that I could highlight various products, invite people to join the event, etc. I'm scheduling posts there for at least once a day and I'll try to think up another way to encourage those attending to invite others - maybe a giveaway, free samples to those who invite others, etc. Setting up the fundraiser was very easy and it does not require much work since I don't have to handle any products. I encourage you to investigate this way of raising funds and offer it to people you know who have a need a fundraiser could help with.

Don't forget about the giveaway that I am doing if we make our $8K goal for Campaign 4. We still have a long way to go, with 64 out of 85 people not having turned in an order yet. I'm not sure what is going on there, so PLEASE let me know if there is something you need help with or if you just need some encouraging words and I'll try to supply those. I'm here to hear you and help you, so please allow me that opportunity.
