I've been busy mask making and doing some extra elderly parent care and have fallen behind in my blog posts. This is my newsletter for my team that was sent out a few weeks ago.
I do hope that all of you are enjoying good health right now. Since I haven't heard any differently, I'll assume that none of you have CV19 and I hope that none of those you love are suffering from it either. Let me know if I am wrong so I can add you or them to my prayer list. Also, let me know if you are finding ways to keep your business going during the crisis or if you are just taking it easy for now. I've been working out arrangements with customers and continuing to get orders, although not as many as usual, because some of my customers definitely consider their Avon products to be essential. Because of that reason, I have decided to do some limited deliveries to homes without going inside of them. In most cases I will have the customer pay me in advance or leave a check somewhere on their porch for me to pick up and I will just leave the order outside the door. Other customers are giving me their credit card info and I am ordering for direct shipment to their house, while others are doing their own ordering at my online store.
You can definitely tell from this Top Ten list for C9 that most of us are hurting for sales right now, and I know it is because of reasons relating to what's going on in the country. I do hope that you won't grow discouraged, though, and let your business completely slip away from you. We have added several new team members since I last sent out a Newsletter and that is due to the free signup opportunity continuing. I contacted my long email list of potential recruits and have had several of those decide to open their businesses at no cost. More about all of them can be read below.

Since I fell behind in producing the Newsletter for awhile, I'm going to go ahead and post the Top Ten in Sales for the campaigns that I missed so all of those who worked hard on getting those orders in previous campaigns will get the recognition they deserve. I knew it had been awhile since I had written a newsletter, and when I checked my records I discovered I had not sent one since my daddy's fall in February. That's a pretty big lapse, for which I do apologize, so here are the Top Ten for those campaigns, beginning with the first one I missed.

Campaign 7 was the first campaign in a long time where someone with sales under $150 made it into the Top Ten, and there were 5 people with sales under $150 included. I wonder how long it will be before we are able to get back to higher sales? My sales suffered in C6 and C7 due to my not being able to get as many brochures out because of my parents' needs. What is keeping my sales higher in some campaigns is direct delivery orders, as those continue to go pretty well. Promote, promote, promote! your online store. Call attention in those promotions to the basic needs such as toothpaste, shampoo and conditioner, deodorant, body wash and lotion, etc. Remind customers and potential customers that they can purchase those without leaving the house. I know some of you are doing that, because I see your posts on social media. Leslie Clendenon and Linda Wardell are particularly consistent about posting on their FB pages and FB stories. Let me know if you are doing the same so I can take a look. I mean, could there be a better time to try to build your online sales? :)

All of the above chose the free option for signing up, and that option remains available through Campaign 12. All of them are still Pending without a first order except for Tammy Coker, who had one online order. I hope that you are taking advantage of the abundance of online training that Avon is producing for us right now. You can learn about it in the Beauty Buzz you receive by email each Monday or by going to your home page at youravon.com and scrolling down. You can also view the videos on the Avon USA Representatives Facebook page or in Avon U Training after they are posted. Have any of you done a FB Live video, with or without makeup? I've done both, and you can see them on my FB business page. You'll see that I had a bit of fun with the one without makeup. If you need any tips on doing a Live video, let me know and I'll tell you what I have learned works well for me.
One last thing: Dee Power has asked if any of my team would like to do a Zoom meeting with her. It would only be Dee and Cloud Climbers and would be a casual meeting to talk and ask questions is my understanding. Let me know if you are interested and we will make that happen.
Have a blessed week, and keep up the good work!
