Cloud Climbers Newsletter for C18, 2019

(My newsletter for my team of Cloud Climbers. If you would like to join in the fun, just go to smoore.avonrepresentative.com and click on "Become a Representative". )

Greetings!

And that is a very happy "Greetings!" that I send today. ðŸ™‚ ðŸ™‚ Did you all read the email we received  from our new CEO, Paul Yi? There has been a huge amount of buzz on Facebook about the excitement and encouragement we are all feeling since reading that. He did not beat around the bush, but told us straight out that LG H&H has money and they are ready to spend it on supporting US, the Representatives! Of course we don't have all the details yet, and I don't know any more than what he said in the email and what was said in the Beauty Buzz article that followed, but the future looks very bright for us and I hope you are ready to "get busy" as he said at the end of the email. I know that I am!

We have not added any new Cloud Climbers this campaign, but two reopened their stores (or had them reopened by customers who placed online orders), so we are glad to have Lisa Anderson and Kelly Fuller back in business! I'm not reporting the names of all those who had Direct Delivery orders now, but we did have nine team members with DD orders this campaign. Keep promoting both the ways customers can shop with you, especially now that they MUST shop with a Rep.

Here are a few stats for our team: We had 43 orders turned in for a team size of 83, which gives us Order Activity of 59%. Personally, I never understand why every Rep. doesn't have an order at least 95% of the time, but that's actually pretty good as compared to teams across the nation. However, it is not as good as this time last year. In fact, our team is down in pretty much all areas compared to last year, including my own year to date sales. That only shows that we have plenty of room for growth as we head into a fantastic 4th Quarter! Let's get busy!!

HOT TIP: Do you have customers who text orders to you? Have you made sure that your customers know they have that option? One Rep. recently reported a big increase in orders placed from books she left in a location where she had been leaving them awhile when she put labels on the front telling customers to text their orders to her. With most people having their phones close at hand, it is easy for them to glance through the brochure and send their order to you immediately. I'm going to try that label myself next campaign.

I started this Newsletter almost two weeks ago, but life and business intervened, so it was put on a back burner. Sorry about that. One of the major projects I'm working on right now is the annual fundraising event that our local chapter does to raise scholarship funds for my alma mater. I'm the secretary for that group and I handle most of the work of getting the vendors lined up, so it can be a bit time consuming. For those of you living in north Alabama or just over the Tennessee line, we would love to have you come visit and shop with our vendors on September 28. Here is a link to the event so you can check it out: https://www.facebook.com/events/2292471340866631/   Notice that there will be painting classes as well!

I hope you are enjoying your Labor Day, and that you have a great week!
